• If CNT is not dispersed, they form a bundle structure(aggregation).

Incompletely dispersed CNT

• Structural connections between CNTs are broken.
• It has non-uniform electrical and thermal conductivity.(hot/cold spots occur)

Well dispersed CNT

• It forms percolation network inside the polymer.
• It has high electrical & thermal conductivity.
